   Either party may terminate the services at any time for any reason by providing written notice. In such cases, applicable fees and costs will be discussed in the termination agreement.

   Big Love Designs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Stated/State of Kansas, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States/State of Kansas.
